Agreement by the County of Orange to continue to jointly fund the <br />maintenance of Centennial Park under the terms and conditions of <br />its existing agreement with the City of Santa Ana. <br />5. The development of a design, which would maximize the <br />community's use of the new facilities including a major skate park, <br />while protecting critical existing facilities such as the Fire Training <br />Center and Soccer Complex. <br />6. The development of a design that would exclude fencing and other <br />restrictions for the community's long term use of the facilities . <br />7. Receive all necessary approvals from federal, state and county <br />agencies. <br />8.
