PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />Sean Mill addressed Council with various concerns; Alex Varga raised <br />concerns about what he perceived as unequal treatment by City staff, but <br />noted that he did not keep an appointment with Councilmember Bist <br />earlier in the day to discuss his specific concerns. Mayor Pulido and <br />Councilmember Bist asked him to reschedule his appointment. <br />Margaret Farris addressed concerns she had relative to parking and <br />zoning. The Mayor suggested that she bring these concerns to the <br />attention of Planning and Building staff. <br />Florence Leach made several announcements relative to upcoming <br />events in Santa Ana, including a candidates forum sponsored by the <br />Santa Ana Merged Society of Neighbors on October 21, 2000, and the <br />"Marching through History Exposition" commemorating the 501h <br />anniversary of the Korean War on November 3-5, 2000, and sponsored <br />by the County of Orange, the United Veteran Organizations of Orange <br />County, and the Orange County Veterans Advisory Council.
