Furman, Alvin C. & Ofelia Steinhoff, Peter Juan, and <br />Gregory N. Morse for First Church of the Nazarene <br />Gregory Morse, Mike Tardif, Winston Covington, and Donna Lear <br />spoke in opposition to the project; Larry Thrasher, and Pamela Sapeto, <br />representing the Moose Lodge, spoke in support of the project. <br />Council discussion ensued. Members asked staff questions relative to <br />hours of operation, traffic mitigation, parking requirements and <br />proposed zone changes. Councilmembers Franklin and Solorio <br />suggested that the neighborhood association and the Moose Lodge <br />engage in further discussions relative to mitigating neighborhood <br />concerns.
