Rosen: <br />and, with concerns relative to parking of 12-passenger education buses: <br />the Santa Ana Unified School District <br />The following individuals spoke in support of the ordinance changes: <br />Dave Lopez, Paul Giles, Robert L. Henson Sr., Evangeline Gawronski, <br />Julie Stroud and Winston Covington <br />The following individuals opposed or sought modifications to the <br />proposal: Rudy Gomez, Michael Rudolph, Jim Sparks, Mark Rosen, <br />Donald Stabler, Mario Ruiz, Elmer Binggell, Chuck Bordenave, Kim <br />McPeck. <br />Council discussion ensued. Councilmember Alvarez raised concerns <br />regarding regulating private driveways Councilmember Bist noted that <br />the proposed ordinance is less restrictive than current city legislation <br />regarding commercial vehicles on private property.
