residents and for supporting Santa Ana businesses. <br /> <br />Mayor Pulido <br />· Expressed his support for the California-Mexico Trade Center noting <br /> the city would benefit from the incorporation of new businesses, <br /> increased job opportunities, increased revenue from the business <br /> license tax and increased sales revenues. <br />· Noted that the issue on the pending CUP was not the granting of a <br /> liquor license but the ability to extend this license to the restaurant's <br /> exterior and whether this action would encourage alcoholism. He <br /> pointed out that the real problem was the off-site sale of beer and <br /> wine.
