Wolverine Environmental, <br />Inc., does not hold a valid California contractor's license for hazardous <br />substance removal and is therefore considered nonresponsive. The bid <br />received from Castlerock Environmental, Inc., is responsive to the <br />specification and meets the City's requirements.
