Draft and final: one page scoping meeting agenda in electronic form for review/comment and in <br />hard copy for the meeting (30 copies for meeting); sign-up sheet format in electronic form for <br />review/comment and in hard copy for the meeting (one page; 10 copies for meeting): form for <br />submitting written comments in electronic form for review/comment and in hard copy for the <br />meeting (one page; 30 copies for meeting). <br />3. Draft and final PowerPoint Presentation. <br />4 Draft and final summary of comments made at the scoping meeting. <br />Task 4.0 Screencheck Draft EIR <br />P&D will prepare a Screencheck Draft EIR that meets the requirements of CEQA. The various <br />analyses and information from technical reports will be compiled into a single coherent EIR and will be <br />carefully reviewed for content and consistency by P&D's Technical Oversight Manager and the EIR <br />Project Manager, The Screencheck DER will contain the information outlined in the following <br />sections: <br />4.1 Executive Summary of Impacts and Mitigation Measures <br />This section will contain a brief summary of the proposed project and its consequences. The summary <br />will include significant effects, mitigation measures, proposed alternatives, and unavoidable adverse <br />impacts. <br />4.2 Introduction <br />This section will contain an overview of the CEQA process, including the statutory requirements for <br />preparing an EIR and the City's role in processing the EIR. This section will also include a summary of <br />the comments/letters received during the NOPAS 30-day public review period and the reasons for <br />preparing an EIR. <br />4.3 Project Description <br />This section will contain the following information: <br />• A regional map of the project site. Site plans of the City Place Project and the Sky Lofts Project, <br />as provided by the applicant, will be included in the project description. <br />• A list of permits and other approvals required to implement the project and related environmental <br />review under federal and state laws, regulations or policies. <br />• A description of the project's technical and environmental characteristics. <br />• A clearly written statement of project objectives which will assist the client in developing <br />reasonable alternatives to be evaluated in the EIR, as stated in Section 15124(d) of the CEQA <br />Guidelines. <br />• A statement briefly describing the intended use of the EIR. <br />• A list of responsible and/or trustee agencies expected to use the EIR in their decision -making. <br />4.4 Environmental Setting, Environmental Impacts, and Mitigation Measures <br />This section will contain a description of the physical environment conditions (existing conditions) in <br />the vicinity of the proposed project, as they exist at the time the NOP11S is circulated/filed. This <br />description will constitute the baseline physical conditions which will be used to determine whether an <br />
