6. LICENSE AGREEMENT <br />Successful vendor(s) will be required to enter into a License Agreement with the City of Santa <br />Ana. The City reserves the right to enter into an agreement with said License Agreement with <br />any, all, or none of the vendors for a one -year period, with the option of extending the License <br />Agreement for two additional one -year terms. <br />SELL OR ASSIGN <br />The successful vendor shall not have the right to sell, assign, or transfer any obligations <br />resulting from this proposal without the specific written consent of the City . <br />8.
