DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES, STAFFING <br />5.1 CONTRACTOR agrees to provide those services, facilities, equipment <br />and supplies as described in the exhibits to the Agreement Bet~•~een County of <br />Orange and City of Santa Ana, for the Provision of Welfare-To-Work Employment <br />Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference: Exhibit "A" <br />relating to Vocational Training activities, and On-the-Jab Training and Uiork <br />Experience services. <br />5.2 Subject to thirty (30) days advance notice, ADMINISTRATOR may, in <br />its sole discretion, require changes in staffing patterns in accordance with <br />workload demands related to the number of clients to be served. <br />5.3 Upon the request of ADMINISTRATOR. CONTRACTOR shall send <br />appropriate staff to attend an orientation session and subsequent training <br />sessions given by COUNTY. <br />6. LICENSES AND STANDARDS <br />6.1 CONTRACTOR warrants that it has all necessary licenses and permits <br />required by the laws of the United States, State of California, County of <br />Orange and all other appropriate governmental agencies, and agrees to maintain <br />these licenses and permits in effect for the duration of this Agreement. <br />Further, CONTRACTOR warrants that its employees shall conduct themselves in <br />compliance with such laws and licensure requirements including, without <br />limitation, compliance with laws applicable to sexual harassment and ethical <br />behavior. <br />6.2 In the performance of this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall comply, <br />unless waived in whale or in part by ADMINISTRATOR, with all applicable <br />provisions of the California Welfare and Institutions Code; Title 45 of the <br />Code of Federal Regulations (CFR); Federal Office of Management and Budget <br />Circulars A-21, A-122, and A-87; 48 CFR 31.2; and all applicable laws and <br />I (weco6o7~ <br />8 Of 40 (April 9, 2007) <br />
