Santa Fe Springs $2,703.162.55 <br />5. All American Asphalt Corona $2,882,882.00 <br />A total of five bids were received and all were responsive. The lowest <br />bid was submitted by R.J. Noble Company, for $2,566,914.90, which is <br />below the Engineer's estimate of $2,874,000. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />recommended action is exempt from further review. Categorical Exemption <br />ER 2006-1 and ER 2005-97 were filed for the project. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The funding analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of <br />$3,168,900 for the project (Exhibit 2).
