A description of any other information the Proposer feels is relevant in <br />helping the City gauge the Proposer's business stability. <br />We are conservatively managed and with 26 years of experience, have survived <br />the ups and downs of a dynamic economy, including the most recent "dot-com° <br />crunch of the 2000 -2004 periods. During those 26 years, we've maintained our <br />quality emphasis and localized personal approach by providing the right level of <br />service for each situation, customizing our approach for each client. Our CEO is on <br />the board of a local bank where he serves as Chair of the Audit Committee, thus <br />providing evidence of stability and knowledge of sound (and regulated) business <br />practices. <br />9.
