National Defense Industrial Association out of San Diego is another organization <br />that we are participants. These groups present interesting speakers from both the <br />civilian and military arena, with IT discussions from the floor of attendees. <br />In keeping with the above theme, we also belong to AFCEA, Armed Forces <br />Communication and Electronics Association. <br />Other unique qualifications include: <br />* CMAS Certified. <br />• Have salaried on -staff consultants that are available for emergency situations. <br />• Have a team to back up our on -site consultants for technical phone support. <br />• Comdyn has been in the business for 26 years and the Account Managers that <br />would be working with the City of Santa Ana together bring over 20 years of <br />experience to the table. <br />• We always perform technical interviews before we submit a candidate. <br />• We have extensive experience providing IT services for City Governments. <br />Being a local "Boutique Style" consulting firm with 26 years of experience servicing <br />our clients allows us to know what kind of consultants fit into your environment (we <br />are also aware of what personalities will not fit into your environment). What <br />differentiates our firm from our competitors is that we are a company that is flexible <br />and nimble in our approach, able to offer both staffing and consulting solutions and <br />are quick to respond to the customers needs.
