Identify any unique qualifications and/or experience which distinguish the <br />Proposer's ability to provide temporary employees or consulting services in <br />the various technical fields /specialties. <br />We use highly- qualified technical screeners to evaluate and rate our candidate's <br />skills. We also track our contractor's performance regularly to ensure quality <br />service (we use a recruiting and staffing database to monitor our records). We <br />have access to the Microsoft Technical Support Team for trouble shooting or if our <br />consultants in the field are in need of some specialized support. We have <br />performed well in each of the above named situations, as needed. We measure <br />quality by several methods, including paying close attention to status reports, <br />following up with both the client manager and the assigned staff person as well as <br />watching /listening for all signs of progress or the lack thereof. When we have an <br />unsatisfactory situation developing we often have noted it before the client has and <br />
