This event attracts top speakers and experts on the <br />particular IT topic. This developer group provides and excellent pool of top talent. <br />We subscribe to several internet search engines including Job Boards, DICE, <br />Monster.com, HotJobs.com, ComputerJobs.com, CareerBuilder.com and Craig's <br />List. We also advertise as a member of the L.A. Net Developer's Group for people <br />who are interested in a career in consulting. <br />13. This <br />process includes both a personal and technical interview, at least three (3) <br />reference checks and, if appropriate, a complete background check.
