Submit a final report to the City upon completion of each <br />project. <br /> <br />III. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />Since some of <br />State grants, <br />requirements <br />following: <br /> <br />the <br />the <br />of <br /> <br />city projects will be funded by Federal or <br />selected consulting firm must comply with <br />Cal trans' construction manual and the <br /> <br />Certificate of Personnel <br /> <br />. The personnel who will conduct the sampling and testing <br />must be certified. They can be certified by Caltrans' <br />District Materials Engineer, by the National Institute <br />Certification in Engineering Technologies, or by other <br />authority acceptable by the Construction Engineer of the <br />City to be proficient in accepting sampling and testing. <br />The personnel shall possess a current certificate of <br />proficiency. A copy of each person's certificate must be <br />on file in the office of the Construction Engineer. The <br />certificate shall list the sampling and testing which the <br />individual is authorized to perform. <br /> <br />2 <br />
