<br />'- <br /> <br />...., <br /> <br />APPENDIX B <br />CITY'S STANDARD CONSULTING AGREEMENT <br />TESTING AND INSPECTION SERVICES <br />FOR CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS <br /> <br />This AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ----------- <br />day of -------------, 2000 by and between the city of Santa Ana, <br />hereinafter referred to as "CITY", and <br />hereinafter referred to as "CONSULTANT." <br />WIT N E SSE T H <br /> <br />Recitals: <br /> <br />A. CITY desires to contract for material testing <br />and construction inspection services for the construction of the <br />Annual Capital Improvement Projects as outlined in the RFP. <br />B. CITY prepared and distributed a Request for <br />Proposals (RFP), attached hereto as EXHIBIT "A", to solicit <br />proposals from qualified consulting firms for the required <br />professional services. <br />C. In response to the RFP, on <br />CONSULTANT submitted a proposal (PROPOSAL), attached hereto as <br />EXHIBIT "B", to provide said services. <br />D. CITY desires to retain CONSULTANT to perform <br />the services set forth in the RFP and the PROPOSAL. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and <br />respective promises, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br />10 <br />
