<br />'- <br /> <br />...", <br /> <br />1. The CITY'S RFP and the CONSULTANT'S PROPOSAL <br />are incorporated herein in their entirety as though set forth in <br />full. <br /> <br />2. CITY accepts the PROPOSAL and CONSULTANT <br />agrees to perform all services and to fulfill all requirements of <br />the RFP and the PROPOSAL. <br />3. CITY agrees to furnish services and documents <br />indicated in the RFP and the PROPOSAL. <br />4. CITY shall pay CONSULTANT monthly for the <br />actual services provided to the proj ect by CONSULTANT. Said <br />services shall be paid for in accordance with the unit costs and <br />hourly rates set forth in the Fee Schedule (Exhibit A) included in <br />CONSULTANT's PROPOSAL. The total compensation shall not exceed <br />($ <br />without written approval of CITY. CONSULTANT shall cease work when <br />value of services provided by CONSULTANT reaches the above- <br />mentioned amount unless additional services are authorized in <br />writing by the CITY'S Executive Director of Public Works Agency. <br />5. If CONSULTANT is authorized in writing by <br />CITY's Executive Director of Public Works Agency to perform <br />additional services, CONSULTANT shall be compensated at hourly <br />rates and unit costs in accordance with the above-mentioned Fee <br />Schedule; provided, however, that such additional services plus <br />original services shall not exceed ($) . <br /> <br />~l <br />
