Landscape Quality Audit Standards <br />(A.) awns <br />A.1 Mowing Lines/Turf Cut <br />(4-5) Good <br />Wheel lines are uniform, straight, and even. Pattern is rotated each mowing to avoid <br />permanent tire ruts. Consistent uniform cut to specified height. Absence of scalping or <br />uneven cut; cut is clean as a result of sharp blades as opposed to shredded cut to dull <br />blades (visible tearing at the top of grass blade is an indication of dull mower blades). <br />Clumps of grass have been blown so that they are not visible. <br />... - ... of <br />- (34) Mei* Requtrenwnts u <br />Wheel lines are predominately straight. Clumps of grass clippings present on both turf and adjacent paved surfaces. <br />Edging <br />(4-5) Good <br />Mechanical cut edge, crisp, well-defined lines, cut vertical, and free of miss -cuts. Circle <br />is consistently geometrical, uniform, and vertical. Cut is even with or extend below soil <br />line nor more than '/2 " and free of debris. Curbing, paved areas, landscape beds, and tree <br />circles are clear of grass. <br />(34) Meets Requirements <br />Mechanicalcutedge has a slightly fuzzy look, less than vertical due to growth, with <br />minor miss -cuts. -May have some misshaped portions, but, overall appearance displays a <br />maintained look. Grass may extend no more than 1" over landscape beds. Bed edge may <br />
