May have some light spots from different varieties of grass, <br />but overall appearance is lush and healthy. <br />(34) Meets Requirements - <br />Uniform light green color areas of either slightly darker or slightly lighter areas due to <br />multiple grass varieties. Minor short term (defined as correctable within 30 days) <br />discoloring may exist. <br />
