Uniform <br />water coverage is provided. If irrigation problems exist, a corrective proposal has been <br />provided to the customer. <br />(34) Meets Requirements <br />Irrigated turf areas have some wet areas, but no areas of standing water due to irrigation <br />for more than 24 hours. Some minor dry spots exist that can be corrected through an <br />adjustment to the controller. Irrigation problems are present without a proposal being <br />provided to the customer. <br />(1-2) Poor <br />Irrigated turf/shrubs have large areas of standing water, muddy areas, dead turf or <br />multiple major dry spots -that could have been corrected through an adjustment to the <br />controller.
