Services <br />are performed three (3) to four (4) times per week per field. MLS services this contact with one <br />Tractor Operator and supplemental visits from the Area Lead and provides one John Deere 1200 Ball <br />Field Conditioner, all necessary hand tools and hoses, along with laser leveling services using two <br />(2) Kubota Tractors (25 and 40 hsp, see the "Equipment List') using a dual cone laser and 3 point <br />grading system. Additional services include batter's box and mound maintenance and repair as well <br />as field fixture removal and replacement. <br />Approximate Annual Contract Value: $10,360.00 <br />Page 6 <br />
