SAMC 17-131 through 17-136. clllTelltly stipulates that a temporary sign is a public <br />lluisance And may be abated as such by any authorized city employee in accordance \vith this article. <br />Additionally. the code allows the City to recover costs Ii'om the person who benefited Ii'om the placement of <br />the sign in the Public Right of Way. <br /> <br />The Agency is proposing to add a fee to the Miscellaneous Fee Resolution establishing the ree at $25.00 per <br />sign.
