EXHIBIT A -1 HE DEPOT AT SANTA AN The Depot at Santa Ana (The Depot) is located at 1000 East Santa Ana Boulevard. The Depot facility covers 6.75 acres and contains a 47,000 sq /ft. main terminal, two surface parking lots with a total of 282 spaces, and one four story parking structure with 423 spaces. A three story pedestrian bridge takes travelers to the east train platform. Tenants include Amtrak, Greyhound Lines, Crucero, Transportes Intercalifornias, Tres Estrellas de Oro, County of Orange - Social Services Program, State of California EDD, and the City of Santa Ana WORK. Center. Over one million travelers use The Depot each year. The Depot contains approximately 35,000 square feet of rental space plus a 5 -story theme tower that includes small meeting /conference rooms on the 4" and 5`" floors. Jason's at The Depot, the complex banquet hall, is located at the north end of the building where events are held for up to 250 people. SCOPE Twenty -four (24) hour security officer coverage, seven (7) days a week, holidays included will be required as follows: 1 s` Shift 12 midnight to 8 am - 1 security officer 2nd Shift 8 am to 4 pm 1 security officer 3`d Shift 4 pm to 12- midnight 1 security officer Overlap Shift .... To be determined by Post Commander Post Commander -Eight (8) hour shift, five (5) days a week. Shift times and days to be determined by Depot Management. The following dates will be considered holidays by the City of Santa Ana and will be paid as such. New Years Day Memorial Day Fourth of July Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day RESPONSIBILITY OF CONTRACTOR Provide wand -style TOCO system with at least 25 keys. This system must be complete with reliable computer equipped with Internet access, Microsoft office, printer, downloader and any other equipment needed to make the Post Commander successful in leading and monitoring the security cadre. The system will be housed in the Depot Management office and be the exclusive purview of the Post Commander. Provide fully trained personnel with a high degree of tolerance and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with the public in a courteous manner. Provide capable candidates for the position of Post Commander that have had extensive security experience in both regular security work as well as leadership positions Provide Security officer (S /O) candidates that can speak and understand English and be capable of writing clear and concise reports.
