The Zoning Administrator amended <br />Planning Division Condition No. 1 to exclude Public Works Agency <br />conditions pertaining to off-site improvements on property not owned or <br />controlled by the applicant (Exhibit A). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />Jay M.
