Conditional Use Permit No. 2007-07 <br />June 25, 2007 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />D. Will the proposed use comply with the regulations and conditions <br />specified in Chapter 41 for such use. <br />The project will be in compliance with all applicable provisions <br />of Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code as well as the <br />provisions of Ordinance No. NS-2471 and the North Harbor <br />Specific Plan (SP2) zoning district as well as the design and <br />development standards established by the City Council for <br />transient/residential hotels. <br />E. Will the proposed use adversely affect the General Plan or any <br />specific plan of the City? <br />The proposed transient/residential hotel will not adversely <br />affect the General Plan as transient/residential hotels are <br />conditionally permitted within the General Commercial Overlay <br />district of the North Harbor Specific Plan (SP2). Further, <br />Policy 1.4 of the Land Use Element promotes the maintenance and <br />fostering of a variety of residential land uses in the city. <br />Also, Policy 4.1 of the Housing Element encourages the <br />development of new housing units and opportunities for all <br />segment of the community. <br />75D-29 <br />
