The area of landscaping immediately south of the drive entrance off Fairview Street is also part of this agreement. The landscaping immediately adjacent to the school parking structure shall not be a part of this agreement. d) Cahrillo Tennis Center- The vacant lot to the south is the ContraclDr's respousibility. e) Fisher Park - fire pits shall be cleaned by the Contractor daily. t) Santiago Park Lawn Bowling Greens - Contractor shall be required to mow both greens three times per week using a real mower provided by the City.
