Short summary description of the organization. {ref. section 2.2.c} <br />Concorde provides specialized technical contract labor to companies both large and small. <br />Lately, we find ourselves adapting to our clients changing requests for talented IT <br />professionals. Most recently, our clients have been asking for more contract-to-hire, direct- <br />hire and payroll services to accommodate their need for additional headcount. <br />2. Short summary description of the ownership {ref. section 2.2.c} <br />Concorde is a privately held organization based in EI Segundo, CA. Concorde was founded <br />by Dana Ward who started his career as an IT professional over 40 years ago. Along the <br />way, Dana has built Concorde into a reputable and reliable company focused on building <br />long-term relationships with its customers. <br />3.
