The number of years that the Proposer has been in the business of providing <br />temporary technical contract service personnel and/or consulting services of the <br />~ kind sought by the City. (If company name or ownership has changed of the period cited, please <br />note and explain.) {ref. section 2.2.c} <br />As a technical leader for more than 25 vears, Concorde has been in the business of helping <br />businesses since 1981. <br />C~ <br />5. A description of the overall qualifications of the Proposer and experience and <br />ability to provide temporary technical contract service personnel and/or consulting <br />services. {ref. section 2.2.d} <br />All of Concorde's Account Managers and Recruiters are experienced professionals who <br />• work- together as a team. Our staff will take the time to understand your requirements, <br />environement and culture to find the best fit. We will personally pre-screen, interview and <br />check references on each candidate submitted to the City of Santa Ana. <br />6. A description of any unique qualifications and experience which distinguish <br />Proposer's ability to provide temporary technical staffing and/or consulting. <br />. {ref. section 2.2.d} <br />Concorde has a "history" as one of one of Southern California's most tenured IT staffing and <br />services company. Along the way, we have built an invaluable network and a database that <br />boasts the profiles of over 40,000 IT professionals. This is a significant benefit in today's <br />market where our competitors rely heavily on iob boards such as Monster and Dice. Also, <br />Concorde has experience working relationships with other local governmental agencies <br />~ such as the counties of O.C, L.A and Riverside and Ventura. <br />7. A confirmation of the Proposer's willingness and capability to agree to and to follow <br />the terms and processes outlined in this RFP and resulting agreement including all <br />administrative and billing procedures of the City. {ref. section 2.2.e} <br />Concorde is in agreement with the administrative and billing terms and conditions set forth <br />r in this RFP. <br />8. A description of any other information the Proposer feels is relevant in helping the <br />City gauge the Proposer's business stability. {ref. section 2.2.f} <br />Concorde's stability starts with its employees. Your Account Manager (John Sparks) has <br />~ been with Concorde for eight vears and has over 25 vears of Account Management <br />experience. Concorde's management team of three has a combined 44 vears of experience <br />working for Concorde Consulting. Concorde is a financially sound company that has never <br />missed a payroll or has had any litigation or judgement against it. <br />9. Attach a sample (no more than three) of the style of resumes which your firm would <br />~ provide to clients. (This will allow the City to assess the readability of the formats and the <br />usefulness of contents of the resumes the City could expect from the Proposer.
