Santa Ana East Memory Lane,/Town and Country Manor EIR <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />MBA will provide the City with a draft City Council Resolution of Certification and 15 hard <br />copies and one CD-ROM of the Draft Final EIR in .pdf format. <br />Task 2.6: Final EIR <br />MBA will file the Notice of Determination and compile the Final EIR. The contents will be <br />consistent with all applicable provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (1970) <br />and will include the following: <br />■ The contents of the Draft Final EIR (see Task 2.5) <br />■ City Council Resolution Certifying the Final EIR <br />■ Copies of the Notice of Preparation, Notice of Completion and Notice of Determination <br />MBA will produce three hard copies and one CD-ROM of the Certified Final EIR in MS Word <br />format and .pdf format. <br />Task 2.7: Meetings and Project Management <br />MBA will be present at public meetings/hearings to develop an understanding of the public's <br />comments and concerns, answer questions on environmental issues, and make <br />presentations on the EIR, as directed by City staff. MBA understands the following meetings <br />are included: <br />■ Orientation/kickoff meeting with City staff (1) <br />■ Optional scoping meeting with City staff, applicant, and residents <br />■ Project status/update meetings with City staff (allow 2) <br />■ Planning Commission and/or other public meetings (allow 2) <br />■ City Council public hearing (1) <br />MBA will manage the preparation of the EIR and maintain communication between City staff <br />and project team members. This task is intended to ensure the project is running on time <br />within budget, is technically correct, and legally defensible. <br />MBA's project manager will provide management liaison between the project team and City <br />staff for communication of issues, transmittal of comments, financial management (e.g., <br />invoices), and other project management matters. The project manager will be readily <br />available to the City throughout the environmental process from its inception to completion. <br />Following the project kickoff meeting, a total of two additional coordination and issue <br />resolution meetings with City staff are assumed for budgeting purposes. <br />
