Agreement with Pop Warner <br />August 20, 2007 <br />Page 2 <br />On July 20, 2007, the Memorial Park Neighborhood Association approved the <br />request to expand the existing concession building and requested the <br />improvement include adequate lighting around the exterior of the <br />facility. On July 25, 2007, the Board of Recreation and Parks <br />recommended approval of the concession building expansion, provided <br />adequate lighting around the facility is installed. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />recommended action is exempt from further review.
