Adopt a resolution of the City Council making certain findings for <br />the Community Redevelopment Agency to assist in the payment for the <br />chiller and pump replacement at the Santa Ana Regional <br />Transportation Intermodal Center. <br />2. Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager <br />and the Clerk of the Council to execute an agreement with ACCO <br />Engineered Systems, in the amount not to exceed $130,000 to replace <br />the chiller and pump at the Santa Ana Regional Transportation <br />Intermodal Center. <br />3. Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager <br />to execute a Cooperative Agreement between the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana and the City of Santa <br />Ana, in the amount not to exceed $130,000 for the Santa Ana Regional <br />Transportation Intermodal Center chiller and pump replacement. <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACTION <br />Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare and authorize the Executive <br />Director to execute a Cooperative Agreement between the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana and the City of Santa Ana, <br />in the amount not to exceed $130,000 for the Santa Ana Regional <br />Transportation Intermodal Center chiller and pump replacement. <br />80A-1 <br />
