PROHIBITION OF NEPOTISM <br /> <br />SUBRECIPIENT agrccs not to hirc or pcrmit the hiring of any pcrson to fill a position <br />fundcd through this Agrccment if a mcmbcr of that pcrson's immcdiate family is cmployed in an <br />administrativc capacity by SUBRECIPIENT. For the purposes of this section, the tcrm "immcdiate <br />family" means spouse, child, mother, father, brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, father-in- <br />law, mother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, stepparent and <br />stcpchild. The term "administrative capacity" mcans having s~1e('tion, hiring, supervisor or <br />managcmcnt responsibilitics. <br /> <br />VII. SUBRECIPIENT must submit all subcontracts and other agrccments that relatc <br />to this Agrecmcnt to CITY.
