Environmental Planning has been the cornerstone of LSA's professional practice and continues to be one of the firm's key practice areas. LSA's environmental staff includes expert practitioners of CEQA and NEPA and has prepared hundreds of Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs) and Environmental Impact Statements (EISs). LSA's multidisciplinary project teams are assembled to fit the specific needs of each client and project. LSA often provides recommendations on project design refinements and creative alternatives to avoid or reduce significant impacts. We provide documentation required to help regulators make informed decisions and to protect the project from litigation.
