LSA ASSOCIATES. INC. <br />• LSA will print and distribute IS/MND for State Clearinghouse, public agency, and interested <br />party reviews. <br />• LSA will prepare and distribute and/or file the Notice of Intent and Notice of Determination, as <br />required by CEQA and the State CEQA Guidelines. <br />• The Notice of Determination filing fee shall be paid to the County by the developer. <br />SCHEDULE <br />LSA can complete the scope of work according to the following schedule, contingent upon receiving <br />all required materials prior to initiating Task 1. Significant changes in the project design or scope of <br />work, or delays in receiving the requested materials, can affect the project budget and schedule. LSA <br />can prepare a more specific schedule with milestone dates, once the project is underway. Estimates <br />below reflect only LSA tasks and do not account for developer/City of Santa Ana review of the Draft <br />IS or other tasks where the developer/City of Santa Ana takes the lead role, as noted in the preceding <br />scope. <br />Estimated Time <br />Task <br />Required <br />Task 1: Project Start-up — Further define scope of IS <br />Start-up and Information Collection <br />2 weeks <br />Technical Studies <br />Historic Structures Assessment Report <br />4 weeks <br />Air/Noise Studies <br />4 weeks <br />All other Environmental Topic Sections <br />5 weeks <br />(Concurrent with <br />tech studies) <br />Task 2: Draft IS (after receipt of all City comments <br />1 week <br />and City of Santa Ana comments) <br />(Dependent upon <br />City of Santa Ana <br />team review/City <br />review) <br />Task 3: Public Review Period and Final lS/MND <br />4 weeks <br />Task 4: Meetings as needed <br />Ongoing <br />ESTIMATED BUDGET <br />LSA has estimated that $29,800 in fees and reimbursable expenses will be necessary to complete the <br />scope of services. These fees include direct costs or reimbursable costs. Reimbursables include, but <br />are not limited to, mileage, photocopying, blueprints, certified mail and delivery service, <br />photography, equipment rental, and facsimile services. Direct costs and reimbursables will be billed <br />at cost plus 10 percent, or in accordance with the master contract with the City of Santa Ana. Should <br />the scope of services be amended prior to or during the project, the estimated fees may warrant <br />revision.
