Appropriation Adjustment for <br />SRTS and HSIP Grants <br />For Various Locations <br />September 4, 2007 <br />Page 2 <br />ENVIROI~~NTAL IMPACT <br />Environmental review will be conducted for this project and will be <br />presented to the City Council when the construction contract is awarded. <br />This type of project typically qualifies for a Categorical Exemption. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The appropriation adjustment will increase the Traffic System Management <br />Grant revenue account (account no. 148-01-5350) by $1,988,749 and the <br />expenditure account (account no. 148-651-6631) by $1,988,749. No <br />matching funds are required since this is 100 grant funded. <br />The appropriation adjustment will increase the Federal Aid Safety Program <br />revenue account (account no. 147-01-5350) by $596,700 and the expenditure <br />account (account no. 147-651-6631) by $596,700.
