Accounts are past due after 30 days. A finance charge of
1.5% per month after invoice date may be assessed on accounts more than 60 days past due.
Project schedules would be determined on a case -by -case basis; however, KOA is a highly reliable firm for
projects requiring tight deadlines. If traffic modeling services are needed the traffic study would be completed approximately five weeks
following receipt of said modeling services and a site plan (about 8-9 weeks following authorization).
Revisions are normally completed within 10 business days following receipt of comments.
We are always willing to make additional effort in adjusting schedule where the City indicates that the
need is urgent.
7 - Conclusion
INDEMNIFICATION
KOA Corporation and the Client mutually agree to the fullest extent permitted by law, to indemnify and
hold each other harmless from any and all damage, liability or cost, including reasonable attorney's fees and
cost of defense arising from their own negligent acts, errors, and omissions in the performance of their
uKatz, Okitsu & Associates
Planning and Engineering
17
