H. SOLE CONTRACTOR <br />CMCMC understands that the City intends to award this contract to a <br />single contractor. We further understand that if our contract is renewed, <br />CMCMC will have sole responsibility for all company business issues <br />including, but not limited to, subcontractor affairs; salaries; licensing; <br />training; administration and management issues; and bookkeeping and <br />benefits. <br />I. STAFFING REQUIl2EMENT5 <br />CMCMC will maintain adequate levels of on-site staff to fulfill the health <br />care needs of the inmates housed at the Jail. <br />Full time (FTE) staff schedules will be based on 40-hour workweek. <br />CMCMC will observe those holidays recognized by the City. Holidays <br />will be staffed as weekend coverage. Each FTE will be credited with eight <br />(8) hours of work for each holiday. <br />Due to the close proximity of CMCMC's corporate office, Rhoberta Paz, <br />Director of Operations, will oversee the daily operations of this contract <br />with the on-site supervisor, Tera Jiron. Ms. Paz will be on-site as often as <br />needed and will be available on-call 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a <br />week. <br />RN's and/or LVN's will be on-site 24 hours a day, seven (7) days per <br />week and will provide the majority of on-site medical services. The NP <br />will be on-site to conduct sick call and complete inmate health appraisals <br />for the Jail. The NP will be on-site 4-hours per day, five (5) days per <br />week. Medical Records Clerk will also be available Monday -Friday to <br />assist the medical staff as needed.
