Ms. Pietro has over <br />twelve years of progressive experience including <br />project and mitigation monitoring oversight, staff <br />supervision, report production and budget <br />monitoring for both public and private projects <br />throughout southern California. Ms. Pietro's <br />expertise in environmental analysis/ <br />documentation and follow up monitoring <br />provides her with a unique perspective in the <br />reporting side of compliance activities. Ms. Pietro <br />has contributed to and managed numerous <br />Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs) in <br />compliance with the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA) and provided support <br />towards the preparation of joint federal <br />documents, consistent with the provisions of the <br />National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and <br />Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) <br />preparation. <br />Ms. Pietro has been conducting management, <br />technical input, coordination between <br />subconsultants, and extensive analytical input for <br />CEQA compliance for a number of projects. She <br />has a broad background in environmental <br />documentation as she has monitored mitigation <br />performance measures, conducted view <br />simulation analyses and interacted with resource <br />agency staff and clients throughout southern <br />California. <br />Mr. Flores has over five years of experience in <br />land use, transportation, and environmental <br />planning. He is also familiar with and has <br />prepared and processed environmental <br />documentation required under the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National <br />Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Her project <br />experience encompasses projects in Los Angles <br />County, Orange County, Ventura County, and <br />Riverside County and represents diverse <br />projects including water treatment facilities, road <br />improvements, recreational facilities, institutional <br />facilities, and residential, retail commercial, and <br />mixed use developments. She also has <br />experience in preparing alternatives analysis <br />reports and has been involved in the preparation <br />of various air and noise technical reports. Ms. <br />Leight has also been involved in the preparation <br />of general plans, specific plans, and specialized <br />planning studies located in Orange, Los Angeles, <br />and Riverside Counties.
