<br />Ms. Goldberg has 26 years of archaeological
<br />field work, research, management, and
<br />administration experience in California, Oregon,
<br />and the Midwest. As Applied EarthWorks'
<br />Southern California Division Manager, she
<br />directs staff and subcontractors in the
<br />performance of project work. She has directed or
<br />supervised field work at hundreds of prehistoric
<br />and historic sites; prepared and implemented
<br />cultural resources management and treatment
<br />plans, including National Register evaluations
<br />and nominations, research designs, site
<br />protection plans, buried site testing, monitoring,
<br />and mitigation through data recovery for
<br />transportation, hydroelectric, water, and gas
<br />developments to ensure compliance with Section
<br />106 of the NHPA, CEQA and other federal and
<br />state laws. Ms. Goldberg has also managed
<br />field, research, laboratory, report, and
<br />administration teams to complete projects
<br />ranging from small surveys to multi -year,
<br />regional research/management studies.
<br />Mr. Gilbert has over 9 years of environmental
<br />and geotechnical engineering experience with
<br />projects, including streets, highways, soundwalls
<br />and retaining walls, bridges, buildings, essential
<br />services facilities, pipelines, pavements, and port
<br />terminal facilities.
<br />He has managed soil and groundwater
<br />environmental site assessments for public works
<br />projects involving petroleum products and heavy
<br />metals. Mr. Gilbert's experience includes site
<br />reconnaissance, site investigation, data
<br />searches, field subsurface investigations to
<br />obtain samples for testing, analysis of laboratory
<br />test results, construction observation and testing,
<br />and project management.
<br />Mr. Halbert has 25 years of experience
<br />performing environmental, hydrogeology, and
<br />geotechnical investigations in California and
<br />Nevada. Groundwater and water well
<br />experience includes basin analysis; exploration;
<br />design and installation of high -capacity
<br />production wells and deep monitoring wells;
<br />aquifer tests; and digital modeling. He has
<br />managed soil and groundwater environmental
<br />assessments and remediation for landfills,
<br />underground tanks, industrial facilities, refineries,
<br />power plants, and property transfers involving
<br />petroleum products, solvents, metals, and
<br />pesticides.
<br />Mr. Richardson has over 18 years of experience
<br />in civil engineering, specializing in the areas of
<br />street widening, hydrology, hydraulics and
<br />transportation projects. He has over 10 miles of
<br />street reconstruction/widening design experience
<br />and 15 miles of street overlay experience. He
<br />has been project engineer for Manhattan Beach
<br />20th Place/Highland and 23rd Place/Highland
<br />Storm Drain project, West State Street Storm
<br />Drain project and three Corona Street Overlay
<br />projects. Mr. Richardson has dealt with multi
<br />agency approval for the Manhattan Beach Storm
<br />Drains and seven agencies for West State Street
<br />Storm Drain.
