Firm and Personnel Experience —Page 1.8 1 Chris Jones—Hydrology/Water I.Education I B.S.; Petroleum Engineering Registrations I Registered Environmental Assessor With more than 18 total years of experience, Mr. Jones is a Senior Engineer with environmental experience in project management, environmental engineering design, assessments, audits, and regulatory analysis and coordination. He specializes in managing construction and jobsite environmental compliance though inspection and application of his knowledge of the applicable regulations and practical solutions. • Education Environmental Engineering Certification B.A., Engineering Ms. McKnight has extensive skills and experience gained while working in the environmental field. She assists clients in achieving and maintaining environmental compliance. Ms. McKnight has managed stormwater inspection programs pursuant to NPDES MS4 permit requirements and stormwater compliance, including Notice of Intent, inspections, BMP compliance, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) preparation, permit compliance, and contractor submittal review. As a water quality specialist she has focused on compliance with federal Clean Water Act and state of California Porter - Cologne Water Quality Act and provided review and final preparation of wastewater Monthly Monitoring Reports for submittal to federal Environmental Protection Agency and Regional Water Quality Control Board. As a Remediation Project Manager, she planned and executed environmental projects designated to mitigate past disposal practices that have contaminated soil and groundwater. In addition, she has participated in the Environmental Management System (EMS) Cross -Functional Team and the Pollution Prevention Team functioning to obtain ISO-14001 registration. She has served as technical writer, researcher, and editor on numerous environmental impact reports (EIRs) and initial studies/negative declarations (IS/ND). Her project experience encompasses projects in Los Angeles County, Orange County, Ventura County, Riverside County, and San Diego County, and represents diverse projects including water treatment facilities, bicycle trail improvements, water pipeline improvements, and also residential, retail commercial, and mixed -use developments. Ms. Rulnick plays a key role in creating CEQA documents and ensuring compliance with California environmental laws. Mr. Brothers actively works on various water and wastewater planning projects. He specializes in wastewater models of sanitary and combined collection systems. He, has collaborated on wastewater models with large teams for large clients like the City of San Francisco and Orange County. He has recently started managing projects for small clients and has been involved in a remote group effort to calibrate the City of Pomona's potable water system.
