She assists clients in <br />achieving and maintaining environmental <br />compliance. Ms. McKnight has managed <br />stormwater inspection programs pursuant to <br />NPDES MS4 permit requirements and <br />stormwater compliance, including Notice of <br />Intent, inspections, BMP compliance, <br />Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) <br />preparation, permit compliance, and contractor <br />submittal review. As a water quality specialist <br />she has focused on compliance with federal <br />Clean Water Act and state of California Porter - <br />Cologne Water Quality Act and provided review <br />and final preparation of wastewater Monthly <br />Monitoring Reports for submittal to federal <br />Environmental Protection Agency and Regional <br />Water Quality Control Board. As a Remediation <br />Project Manager, she planned and executed <br />environmental projects designated to mitigate <br />past disposal practices that have contaminated <br />soil and groundwater. She has served as technical writer, <br />researcher, and editor on numerous <br />environmental impact reports (EIRs) and initial <br />studies/negative declarations (IS/ND). Her <br />project experience encompasses projects in Los <br />Angeles County, Orange County, Ventura <br />County, Riverside County, and San Diego <br />County, and represents diverse projects <br />including water treatment facilities, bicycle trail <br />improvements, water pipeline improvements, <br />and also residential, retail commercial, and <br />mixed -use developments. Ms. Rulnick plays a <br />key role in creating CEQA documents and <br />ensuring compliance with California <br />environmental laws. <br />Mr. Brothers actively works on various water and <br />wastewater planning projects. He specializes in <br />wastewater models of sanitary and combined <br />collection systems. He, has collaborated on <br />wastewater models with large teams for large <br />clients like the City of San Francisco and Orange <br />County. He has recently started managing <br />projects for small clients and has been involved <br />in a remote group effort to calibrate the City of <br />Pomona's potable water system.
