<br />Mr. Banh's experience in private consulting
<br />includes transportation engineering, design,
<br />planning, traffic operations and parking studies.
<br />As a traffic engineer, Mr. Banh has prepared
<br />traffic impact studies throughout Southern
<br />California, ranging from residential
<br />developments to mixed -use developments. As a
<br />civil engineer, Mr. Banh prepared the plans,
<br />specifications and estimate (PS&E) for
<br />Pedestrian Safety Improvements in Palm
<br />Springs, CA. These included the design of a
<br />mid -block crosswalk with flashing beacon. Mr.
<br />Banh has also designed speed bumps,
<br />conducted speed surveys and evaluated stop
<br />sign and signal warrants. He has taken
<br />numerous Civil and Environmental Engineering
<br />courses, including Transportation Engineering,
<br />Transportation Planning and Implementation,
<br />Transportation Facility Design and Engineering
<br />Project Management. Mr. Banh has experience
<br />-using AutoCAD, AutoTURN, Traffix, SYNCHRO,
<br />SIMTRAFFIC, HCS2000, Visual, MATLAB,
<br />Primavera Project Planner, Microsoft Project,
<br />Crossroads and ArcView.
<br />Mr. Olsen has over 33 years of experience as a
<br />geologist and hydrogeologist in the fields of
<br />environmental consulting, petroleum exploration
<br />and groundwater resource development. He has
<br />a managed projects including geological and
<br />hydrogeological investigations, drilling and
<br />monitoring well installation, environmental site
<br />assessments, borehole geophysical logging,
<br />7-4 geotechnical sampling, aquifer tests, and
<br />subsurface mapping. In addition, Mr. Olsen has
<br />served as liaison with regulatory agencies to
<br />determine the applicable regulations that apply
<br />to property transfer site assessments, soil and
<br />groundwater characterization studies, and
<br />uncontrolled releases. He has performed
<br />analysis and prepared Environmental Impact
<br />Report sections and technical reports under the
<br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) on
<br />issues related to geology, soils and seismicity;
<br />hazards and hazardous materials; and hydrology
<br />and water quality for a variety of major
<br />development and public -works projects.

<br />Mr. Heming is an Associate with a diverse
<br />background including General Land Use
<br />Planning, Environmental Impact Reports, GIS
<br />data acquisition, manipulation, and analysis,
<br />noise and air monitoring, environmental hazard
<br />assessments, industrial hygiene, and geological
<br />surveying. Mr. Heming has performed and
<br />overseen asbestos and lead projects for a
<br />variety of applications and has participated in
<br />numerous water and soil quality studies,
<br />environmental site assessments, mold
<br />assessments, and indoor air quality studies.
<br />Additionally, Mr. Heming has public accounting
<br />experience in the areas of audit and tax with a
<br />specialty in non-profit and governmental
<br />organizations. Currently Mr. Heming is an
<br />Environmental Planner with P&D Environmental
<br />Inc. where his primary focus is General
<br />Planning, GIS analysis, and EIR/EIS
<br />documentation.

<br />Education B.S., Industrial Design
<br />Mr. Scanlon has five years of experience in the
<br />field of airport planning and airport design. He
<br />has participated in Airport Master Plans, Airport
<br />Layout Plans, Airport Site Selection, Military
<br />Airbase Reuse Studies, and numerous airport
<br />design projects. He is responsible for the design
<br />of airport layout plans and associated drawings
<br />and preparation of various elements of airport
<br />master plans. Other responsibilities include
<br />coordination of project services, peer review and
<br />quality control reviews, scheduling, performing
<br />quantity take -offs, and other planning -related
<br />analyses.
