RJ <br />L <br />City of Santa Ana <br />Proposal for 601 North Parkcenter Drive <br />Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />Population: The analysis will address the potential for growth inducement. <br />Public Services: The affect on existing services including fire, law <br />enforcement, solid waste management/disposal, educational, and <br />recreational services will be studied. <br />Traffic and Parking: The results of the traffic impact study, referenced in <br />Task 3.0 will be incorporated. <br />Utilities: The affect on existing infrastructure will be evaluated, including <br />water, electricity, gas, and wastewater. The results of the sewer study, <br />referenced in Task 3.0 will be incorporated. <br />Mandatory Findings of Significance: Focus on cumulative affects and <br />considerations. <br />4.4 INITIAL STUDY DETERMINATION <br />The determination page will conclude the appropriate action based upon the Initial <br />Study evaluation. <br />4.5 GRAPHIC EXHIBITS <br />The environmental document will include a maximum of ten (10) exhibits to enhance <br />-the written text and clarify the Project and potential environmental impacts. <br />4.6 DRAFT INITIAL STUDY <br />RBF will submit three (3) copies of the Draft Initial Study for review and comment by <br />the City. Should additional copies be required, additional copies will be provided by <br />RBF at an additional fee. RBF will also submit one (1) "check copy" of the final draft <br />document, which will incorporate one complete set of comments received from the <br />City. Changes to the draft document will be highlighted to assist the review. <br />5.0 MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />PREPARATION <br />With a conclusion in the Initial Study that no significant environmental effects will occur as a <br />result of implementation of the Project, a Mitigated Negative Declaration will be prepared. <br />Following this determination, RBF will prepare the Notice of Intent (NO]) to Adopt and the <br />Mitigated Negative Declaration for City review. The NOI and Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />will be attached to the Initial Study to fully explain the proposed Project and its affects. Fifty <br />(50) copies, twenty-five (25) CDs, one (1) camera-ready original and an electronic file of the <br />Mitigated Negative Declaration will be provided to the City.
