a <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />t <br />ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES I TRAFFIC <br />MAY 21, 2007 <br />KEY PERSONNEL <br />Kimley-Horn has a long history of achieving successful project completion through a combination of <br />effective project management and technical expertise. We have carefully selected a team of seven <br />local professionals, supported by the remainder of our 29-person Orange office. This team provides <br />a high level of responsiveness to the City's on -call needs, <br />both in terms of local understanding, and extensive FEATURES OF THE <br />technical experience in the disciplines you require. I KIMLEY-HORN TEAM <br />Each of these individuals is available and capable of <br />serving as Task Leader for the types of projects included <br />in •your RFQ. All are experienced in performing and <br />reviewing traffic impact studies and parking studies. Most <br />have served municipal clients in an on -call capacity and <br />worked on traffic and parking studies. Several have <br />project management experience. <br />We have identified Serine Ciandella to serve as our Project <br />Manager, the single point of contact for our project team <br />with City of Santa Ana staff. Serine's diverse experience <br />with public and private sector clients makes her an ideal <br />choice to lead our team and coordinate with City staff to <br />meet the needs of this assignment. In addition, we have <br />identified J.D. Douglas to serve as Quality Control <br />Manager for this team. At Kimley-Horn, the QC Manager <br />is responsible for independently developing and <br />implementing a program of quality reviews for each task <br />assignment, and J.D. will provide this function. <br />In the Resume Section of this SOQ, we have provided key <br />qualifications of each of our team members.
