The study will <br />summarize analysis methodology, findings, and recommendations. <br />• If the queuing intrusion study identifies incidents of intrusion, then the Owner / <br />Operator will be required to develop and implement a queuing management plan, <br />and a follow-up study will be required within two to three months following the <br />first study. <br />• If no incidents are documented, then an annual follow-up study will be required <br />for each of the five years following the first study. This Scope of Services is for <br />the first two years of studies only. <br />Additional Services <br />Any services not specifically provided for in the above scope will be considered <br />additional services and can be performed at our then current hourly rates. <br />Attendance at meetings or at public meetings and public hearings will be extra <br />services, and will be billed on a time -and -materials basis in accordance with the <br />standard hourly billing rate schedule in effect at the time the meetings are requested. <br />Additional services we can provide include, but are not limited to, the following: <br />• Parking data collection or a parking study <br />• Additional data collection <br />• Traffic signal design <br />• Signing and Striping Plans <br />• Traffic Control Plans <br />• Signal Warrant <br />Information Provided By Client <br />The Client shall provide all information requested by KHA during the project, <br />including but not limited to the following: <br />• A copy of the project site plan for the proposed project, including building <br />and site layout, and site driveways. <br />We shall be entitled to rely on the completeness and accuracy of all information <br />provided by the Client. <br />Schedule <br />We are prepared to begin services upon receipt of authorization to proceed. We will <br />order queuing intrusion data collection to take place during the first available valid <br />count period following authorization. We will complete and submit a draft of the <br />study one week following receipt of all necessary data. <br />
