The study will summarize analysis methodology, findings, and recommendations. • If the queuing intrusion study identifies incidents of intrusion, then the Owner / Operator will be required to develop and implement a queuing management plan, and a follow-up study will be required within two to three months following the first study. • If no incidents are documented, then an annual follow-up study will be required for each of the five years following the first study. This Scope of Services is for the first two years of studies only. Additional Services Any services not specifically provided for in the above scope will be considered additional services and can be performed at our then current hourly rates. Attendance at meetings or at public meetings and public hearings will be extra services, and will be billed on a time -and -materials basis in accordance with the standard hourly billing rate schedule in effect at the time the meetings are requested. Additional services we can provide include, but are not limited to, the following: • Parking data collection or a parking study • Additional data collection • Traffic signal design • Signing and Striping Plans • Traffic Control Plans • Signal Warrant Information Provided By Client The Client shall provide all information requested by KHA during the project, including but not limited to the following: • A copy of the project site plan for the proposed project, including building and site layout, and site driveways. We shall be entitled to rely on the completeness and accuracy of all information provided by the Client. Schedule We are prepared to begin services upon receipt of authorization to proceed. We will order queuing intrusion data collection to take place during the first available valid count period following authorization. We will complete and submit a draft of the study one week following receipt of all necessary data.
