The new area consists of approximately 100 acres to be added to the current 357 <br />acre plan area. <br /> <br />The following identifies the associated tasks and proposed fee-adjustment to our <br />approved scope of work: <br /> <br />Phase of Work <br />Charrette <br /> <br />Fee Adjustment <br />$33,000 <br /> <br />Post-Charrette <br /> <br />$0 <br /> <br />EIR <br /> <br />$18,000 <br />$35,000* <br />$88,000 <br /> <br />Specific Plan <br /> <br />TOTAL <br /> <br />*If additional analyses is needed beyond the parameters and expectations of the current <br />scope, the additional work shall be identified along with time and cost information to be <br />reviewed and authorized by the City before proceeding further with the work. <br /> <br />The above is submitted for the City's official review and authorization for the work, as <br />verbally authorized by staff during the May 8-13 Charrette.
