Fee Schedule <br /> <br />As with past engagements of a similar nature, our proposal is that the City of Santa Ana <br />engage Tassa Consulting Group, LLC and Snodgrass & Micheli, LLC to assist the city <br />with an Application for Designation as an EZ for a fixed monthly retainer of$12,000 <br />(split equally between the two firms) for the term of the engagement or July 11,2007 and <br />continuing through December 31, 2007. Invoices will be mailed at the end of each month <br />beginning July 31 and payments will be due within 15 days of invoice receipt. The fee <br />will be capped at $72,000. <br /> <br />VI.
