Y WE <br />o the City our EN075 QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) for review and approval. We will work with the City's <br />Hager regarding program -related quality assurance procedures. Our QA/QC Program will outline our quality <br />�cess; which includes: PMP, Health and Safety Plan, independent technical reviews, work product verification <br />document control, and internal quality audits. <br />The URS team believes that quality is based on technical expertise, service, professionalism, innovation, communication, and <br />budget/schedule adherence. Eighty-five percent of our annual revenues are from repeat clients, demonstrating the success of <br />our commitment to quality assurance. <br />D. PROJECT CONTACT <br />6 Our Principal -in -Charge, Dennis Papilion, will serve as the lead for contract negotiations and commitment of firm resources. <br />He will monitor the performance of the contract and meet with the City to confirm that the team is meeting the client <br />expectations and product quality. Our Project Manager for this contract, Court Morgan, will ultimately be responsible for <br />` managing and delivering all services requested by the City. <br />The Management Team is supported by three key Task Order Managers, all of whom have experience relevant to the <br />environmental services anticipated under this contract. This includes Jeff Rice, AICP, Youji Yasui, and Robert Rusby, AICP. <br />Each of these Task Order Managers are supported by a team of technical experts in the fields needed to meet the <br />requirements of the scope of work. <br />E. FEE SCHEDULE <br />Please see attached Fee Schedule. <br />F. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS <br />URS currently holds a number of contracts with the City of Santa Ana for various services. Consequently, we are familiar with <br />the City's insurance requirements and are able to supply the requested limits and language. <br />Attachments A and B are included and a sample certificate of insurance are included. <br />
