<br />Section 2. The fiscal year 2007-2008 Annual Plan of the Housing Authority of <br />the City of Santa Ana is hereby approved and adopted. Said Annual Plan shall be <br />submitted by the Authority to HUD. <br /> <br />Section 3. The Administrative Plan of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa <br />Ana is hereby approved and adopted. <br /> <br />Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by <br />the Authority Board, and the Recording Secretary for the Authority shall attest to and <br />certify the vote adopting this Resolution. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 2nd day of April, 2007. <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Joseph W.
