National Data & Surveying <br />Services <br />90 $ 40,944 <br />2. Transportation Studies, Inc. 75 $ 46,700 <br />Due to the limited number of proposals received, the rating and/or cost, <br />and staff familiarity with the above two firms, it is recommended that <br />National Data & Surveying Services and Transportation Studies, Inc., be <br />retained for an amount not to exceed $50,000 each for annual traffic <br />data collection services. <br />The consultants will be paid only for the services performed as <br />requested by staff and in accordance with the rates submitted in the <br />proposal. The contracts will include an option to extend the agreements <br />for one additional year. <br />RNVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The total cost of each agreement is not to exceed $50,000 per year. <br />Funds in the amount of $100,000 are available in the Select Street <br />Construction fund (account no. 33-631-6631, 48-631-6631, 34-631-6631 and <br />49-631-6631). <br />~~ <br />~s G.
