It will <br />answer specific questions regarding the effectiveness of the program and its ability to achieve the stated objectives. The <br />outcome evaluation will focus on measuring the extent to which the program has had an impact on domestic violence <br />victims and the surrounding community <br /> <br />The process evaluation will document what takes place in each component of the program. This approach will describe <br />the amount and types of services rendered as well as describe members of the target population who receive these <br />services. The process evaluation involves the collection of data utilizing quantitative (to determine the amount of <br />services and to whom) and qualitative (to describe the nature and setting of the services provided) methods. <br />Quantitative methods will include reviewing and extracting numerical data from program records, attendance sheets, and <br />planning documents. <br /> <br />Exhibit A-1 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />
